What you will be doing
As an ATEX Inspector at 123ATEX.eu, you are the linchpin in ongoing inspection projects, where you do more than just checking. You are the face of our organisation to the customer and ensure that inspection results are delivered correctly and on time. Your tasks include:
- Performing Inspections: You inspect electrical installations and rotating equipment to ensure they comply with ATEX directives.
- Customer Contact and Advice: You maintain close contact with the customer, not only sharing results but also providing light consultancy work to optimise safety and compliance.
- Project Management: You manage your own projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.
- Risk Management and Compliance: You contribute to establishing and implementing risk control measures and ensure that all work complies with current laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: You continuously stay up-to-date with the latest developments in your field through internal and external training and courses.
As an ATEX Inspector, you are responsible for the entire inspection process and take a proactive approach, looking beyond just the equipment you are inspecting. You carry a great responsibility, as you perform inspections independently and ensure a careful and thorough check.

To be successful as an ATEX Inspector at 123ATEX.eu, you possess the following qualifications:
- Experience and Knowledge: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician and an MBO 4 diploma in electrical engineering. Additionally, you have experience reading technical drawings.
- Technical Interest: You have a strong interest in electrical installations and rotating equipment and are always looking for ways to expand your technical knowledge.
- Analytical Skills: You are able to competently work with computers/phones/tablets and Microsoft Teams for reporting. You are also capable of quickly mastering our inspection tool.
- Strong Communication: You can communicate clearly and persuasively with both customers and colleagues and are able to make complex technical information accessible.
